Hello~!
Thank you so much for visiting my store, Little Potato House! I hope you will have fun here as much as I enjoyed working on this.
=)
When I showed a mock up to my son, he said it looked like a chocolate box. It was in white! I showed him the second time, and he said it looked like a house. So, I named it Choco House Box.
I now offer a paper craft kit using Stampin’ Up! products!
These boxes were created with Choco House Box hybrid template and Springtime Vintage Paper Craft Kit
Here is how to assemble 8.5 x 11 printable calendar sheet from 2011 Calendar template (Same for 2012 Calendar template).
It comes in PDF format. You’ll see crop marks around the borders. I printed on a thin copier paper instead of a cardstock.
Using a craft knife and a ruler, cut within the crop marks, leaving the borders around.
Put all the cut calendar sheets together. Clamp it together. Apply a coat of glue on top. Smooth out the glue and clean off the excess with your fingers =) Let it dry.
You can tear off the sheet every month.
You can also staple it together.
If you are putting any embellishment, make sure not to glue on top of the calendar.

Here’s a little playground I created with the Animal Box Car template. =)
I stacked two train boxes together. I used two lids and 2 boxes. Cut and score (if you are using an electronic die cutter) or Score and Cut if you are cutting by hand using TIFF or PDF file.
This is for the bottom piece. Put upside down.
Using a tag punch for a door frame.
This is for the top piece.
Using a circle punch for a window.
Lid was overlapping the punched hole. So I traced the top portion of the circle on the lid and cut it out.
6″ x 4″ cardstock to create the dome. Score the lines (.5″ spacing) to create the texture.
Assemble it.
3.5″ x .75″ cardstock for dome decoration. Used CD to cut trace the circle.
For the bottom lid, cut out the middle part from the template.
Half of a scallop square for the door.
Punch 3/16″ hole on the side of the bottom lid for the slide frame. Trace the circle on the bottom box and cut out.
I used a Lego tire, wire, and twine for the tire swing.
For the swing frame (side), I used .75″ x 11″ cardstock, tri-fold. Then, using the bone folder to shape the triangle. Cut about 1.5″ from the end. And…
Put it inside the main structure under the lollipop.
5.5″ x 2.5″ for the slide.
Door(?) for the slide is the punched out door from the main playset.

When my son saw Animal Box Car template prototype, he said it looked like a baby crib. So here it is. Train to Crib.
Cut out the decorative circles in the middle from the LPH_AnimalBoxCar_Lid template.
Put the lid under the box.
You can create two different style box trains with Animal Box Car template.
Here is the lid with decoration (File name: LPH_AnimalBoxCar_Lid)
Add adhesive to four sides for tighter fitting.
Follow the folding direction from the file (PDF) and adhere all the sides.

Add adhesive to the tabs.
Put the lid on top.
This is a plain style lid (File name: LPH_AnimalBoxCar_Lid_Plain)
Wheels measure 1.5″.
You can add the trim to the wheels or attach several layers together to make stronger. Or you can use buttons or chipboards to create your own.
You will see tick marks on the file (LPH_AnimalBoxCar_Connector) for placement suggestion.
Here I used large eyelets to attach the wheels to the bottom of the box. My glue wasn’t strong enough so I ended up securing it by putting tapes over, heehee.
I used lollipop sticks to align the wheels.
I used small eyelets to connect the trains together.
